Doru -Valentin FARMAZON is a self-taught dancer.

In 2005, he appeared in his first video, dancing with the band M&G. Since then he has dedicated himself to this art, collaborating with various famous artists: “Simple” Band, Anda Adam, Alex Velea, Corina, What’s Up, “Pachanga” Band, Rico Caliente (Pachanga band) & Dariana3000, Captain Jack, No Mercy.

He was part of the bands BigBounce (choreographer Crbl) and Titans 82 Funky Fresh and successfully performed shows and tours in the country and abroad, perfecting his knowledge in various types of dance: Hip-Hop Freestyle, Popping, Locking, Dancehall, House dance, Krump and the latest international trends.

For 10 years, until 2019, he was a dancer and choreographer in the band of artist Sonny Flame.

Charismatic, full of energy and eager to experiment and learn as much as possible in the field of dance and acting, Rico (his stage name) is a presence that does not go unnoticed on stage, which is why he was cast in roles that have also highlighted the acting talent.

On the TMA stage, he plays the role of the arrogant Gaston in the ballet “Beauty and the Beast”, adaptation after Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve, of the Businessman in the ballet “La Piață”, adaptation after Mihail Jora, by Murgilă in the musical , adaptation after Victor Eftimiu, but also of the old groom that the little ones have a lot of fun with in the musical “Păcală şi Tândală”, adaptation after the famous romanian old stories.

Proud to be able to represent Romania as an artist, he participated together with the TMA Ballet Ensemble in important international competitions and festivals in which he obtained numerous distinctions. Among them 1st place – GOLDEN DIPLOMA at the GOLDEN DANCE online international competition, SPECIAL AWARD awarded by EURO-FOLK ACADEMY, coordinator of international festivals organized under the auspices EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF FOLKLORE FESTIVALS, UNESCO partner, LAUREATE I – GOLD DIPLOMA OF WORLD , Ryan Foundation Trophy at the 16th RYAN INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN’S FESTIVAL – New Delhi, India.
