Alexandru Ciprian MĂLĂERU is a dancer and choreographer of the Ballet Ensemble of the TEATRULUI MUZICAL AMBASADORII. His professional career begins with the graduation of the “Floria Capsali” Choreography High School in Bucharest (2008 graduation). He then attended the courses of the “I.L. Caragiale” University of Theater and Cinematography in Bucharest, obtaining a degree in Choreographic Art.
We mention some certificates obtained during the internships carried out during high school: “Modern Contemporary Dance” – Sibiu House of Culture, “Modern Contemporary Dance” – Bucharest National Theater, “Classical Dance” under the guidance of master choreographer Gilbert Mayer – Bucharest National Opera.Over time, spectators have been able to see Alex on many national stages, such as: Bucharest National Opera, Romanian National Opera Iasi, Ploiesti Children’s Palace, Bucharest National Children’s Palace, Bucharest National Theater, Bucharest Palace Hall, scenes houses of culture in Cluj, Sibiu, Pitești, Ploiești, “Oleg Danovski” Theater in Constanța, “Radu Stanca” National Theater in Sibiu.
At TMA, you saw Alex in the role of the Freshwater Prince in the musical “Înșir’te Mărgărite”, adapted from Victor Eftimiu, the Clock from the ballet “Beauty and the Beast”, adapted from Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve, the Policeman from the ballet “La Piață”, adapted after Mihail Jora, or the Soldier from the show “Figaro Style”, adapted for children after the opera “The Barber of Seville” by Gioachino Rossini.
Together with the TMA Ballet Ensemble, Alex has won numerous awards for participating in major international competitions and festivals. Among them 1st place – GOLDEN DIPLOMA at the GOLDEN DANCE online international competition, SPECIAL AWARD awarded by EURO-FOLK ACADEMY, coordinator of international festivals organized under the auspices EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF FOLKLORE FESTIVALS, UNESCO partner, LAUREATE I – GOLD DIPLOMA OF WORLD, Ryan Foundation Trophy at the 16th RYAN INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN’S FESTIVAL – New Delhi, India.
Trivia: Alex has a degree in Engineering and Management from the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Bucharest.
